Creative Promotions started in the fall of 1996 with one focus, radio promotion. However, as time passed it became clear that radio was simply part of a larger need for independent artists. The main need for the independent artist is to develop a strong concert ministry. Radio plays a significant role in support and expanding an artists concert ministry but we realized there were other ways we could help support and promote an artist's concert ministry.

Though Inspirational radio promotion is still the main focus of Creative Promotions, we have developed other creative tools and resources that can help support an independent artists ministry. Our growth is not just limited to independent artists. We also work in developing ways to help smaller record labels promote their projects in some unique and creative ways.

The work and ministry of Creative Promotions can be broken down into two main areas: Radio Promotion and Artist Resources.

Radio Promotion

Since starting Creative Promotions in 1996, radio promotion has been the backbone of our business and ministry. We focus exclusively on Inspirational radio and have had the privilege of promoting over 120 Top 20 singles. In 2003, Creative Promotions had 8 of the Top 20 songs on the Christian Radio Weekly Year End chart!

Creative Promotions also works to service over 250 quality non-reporting Inspirational stations including limited promotion to the top 40 priority non-reporting stations.

In the spring of 2005, Creative Promotions will partner with the newly launched CAR Group (Christian Artist Resources Group) and be the first Christian promotions company to off independent artists quality regional radio promotion. Be watching for more information coming soon!

Consulting -- With eight years of music programming experience and over ten years of work in the area of Christian radio promotions and marketing, I am oftentimes asked to give feedback and advice concerning the area of Christian radio, promotions and marketing.
